Corporate function in a drive-in format

EMDV can host any type of corporate function in a drive-in format. From meetings, product launches, presentations, conferences, workshops, parties, you name it we can do it! Corporate bookings are to be made through our partner company Eventologists who are specialists in the field. You can contact them through their website eventologists.co.uk.

What's included?

All our hire packages come with the use of the site with parking stewards, portable car speakers, use of the facilities, use of the LED screen and stage (with basic lighting) and a static camera broadcasting onto the screen from the stage as standard.

About Eventologists

As the name suggests, we are a team of experts who understand the ‘oology’ of events and hospitality and use them to transform any space into a magical event. Facilities
Our facilities include the use of our luxury toilets as well as use of our onsite bar.

Audio
You’ll have your own wireless speaker system that sits on your dashboard, which will be properly sanitised between uses. This speaker will not only deliver high quality audio directly to you, but it also means you don’t have to use your car’s radio for the screening, meaning no need to run your engine and no risk of flat car batteries! This also helps our environmental impact.

Visual
Using a special LED screen enables us to run the events during the day, even in sunny weather!

COVID-19
We will be fully compliant with the government restrictions on social distancing. In fact, there’s no need to get out of your car at all during the event if you don’t want to. We will have large walkways throughout the site so should you need to visit the toilet facilities or visit the bar, you will be able to do so without coming into close contact with anyone else. The toilets will be cleaned and sanitised regularly, and there will be ample hand sanitising facilities available.

Seating
You are allowed to bring your own chairs/blankets to our venue so you can sit alongside your car, guidelines permitting.

When people think of drive-ins, they mostly think of cinema. Here at EMDV we can do so much more to make your corporate event stand out from the crowd and have that wow novelty factor.

Yes absolutely! In fact most of our customers actually prefer the drive-in format as you can feel so much more immersed into the experience. The event can be run in a hybrid format, with live, semi-live, and pre-recorded content.

We can provide a sheltered area come lounge for those that don’t have a vehicle, all adhering to the COVID guidelines at that time. Just speak to Rita about your specifications and let us work our magic.

Don’t worry, we have a robust help system in place to ensure if you ever get into any difficulties we have stewards on hand to sort out the problem. We have an emergency phone system and all procedures are clearly promoted on screen prior to the event starting.
